Further comment on VoiceXML 2.0 Working Draft, 23 October 2001

In section 6.5, Time Designations, one of the examples given, "+1.5s", 
contradicts the descriptive text, which speaks of "an unsigned number 
followed by an optional time unit identifier".

"+1.5s" is a legal value in CSS2, so perhaps the text "an unsigned number" 
should be changed to "a non-negative number".
