I have discovered I cannot use inside <H> tags. At least I am unable to get it to work.
If you could describe in what way it does not work, we may be able to assist.
When I entered my code to validate, I obtained an answer that didn't make sense.

The
tag is not missing, but the presence of the
causes it to be closed automatically (of course, you will not see this in your source - the closure takes place internally, once your source code has been compiled into the corresponding document object model).

inside
makes no sense - simply omit the
element completely.
