I'm getting the error below. The field markup is being generated by an out of box HtmlHelper in Microsoft's ASP.NET MVC framework. When performing research, it seems that W3C says that the value attribute is valid for the input file type<https://www.w3.org/wiki/Html/Elements/input/file>. Furthermore, MDN Web Docs state that an empty string for value is expected if there are no files selected<https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/file>, which is what Microsoft seems to be doing.
Is it possible for you to provide any further direction in the matter?
