aria-label on ul generates a "possible misuse of aria-label"

Hi!

I’ve noticed that we get warnings when using aria-labels to explain what content a ul-element contains. For users with screen readers who tab through the page it reads like ”List. Blurbs. 4 items” or ”List. Subpages. 7 items” in VoiceOver on Chrome OSX which honestly feels rather useful.

Did I not get the memo about something here, or did we stumble upon a use case where the warning is actually a false positive?

Kind regards!
