Is this a bug in the validator? The validator follows the HTML spec, and the `capture` attribute is not yet in the HTML spec. But that seems like it might be an oversight, given that the HTML Media Capture went to final Recommendation last month. I’ll follow up with others involved to make sure an issue or pull request for adding gets raised soon (there may actually be something open already) — but in the meantime I may also just go ahead and add validator support for.
