The method of posting a file to http://validator.w3.org/check is 
suddenly broken.

I'll also never understand why you treat the use of obsolete 
elements and attributes as errors.  At worst they should be 
treated as warnings, and there should be an option to disable 
even that.  These things appear in billions of web pages and 
aren't going away, regardless of how progressive you think the 
code needs to be.
