Warning count wrong

When checking http://www.timdalling.co.uk/blossom2.html I get no errors,
but the heading says

      Validation Output: 4 Warnings

However, only three warning messages are listed. These are all the same,
only the line number changes:
A table row was 3 columns wide and exceeded the column count established
by the first row (2).

This is a valid warning and the only thing I am drawing your attention
to is the mismatch between the heading and the actual number of warning
messages.
