Hi,

   this url :

     http://www.w3.org/Icons/valid-html40-blue

   stopped working ; hangs ... ; somewhere in the last week, I think.

   But this works :

     http://www.w3.org/Icons/valid-html40

   ... and is suggested on the "congratulations page".

   So, I think users expect that the "valid-html40-blue" [no .gif, .png]
   works too.
