1.2 release?

Hi,

Was 1.2 released?  The public validator seems to be running it and it
looks like the mercurial changelog indicates there was a 1.2 release,
but it's not available for download and there's nothing on the "what's
new?" page.  Is it still work in progress or was it just not
officially released?
