Thank you for understanding the capacity limitation of our infrastructure and making the inquiry before releasing. > Is it possible to start with a pre-alpha version of the new appliance? No pre-alpha ready just yet, we're still gathering functional requirements but I have go ahead and resources to make this happen. As this mail thread has been the first public mention of this idea I have been reserved in giving details or links to further information. At a developer gathering next week I'll be presenting a lightening talk on this idea and the week after working with our Communications staff on a public CfP as there are a number of ways the community can choose to participate and potential questions and concerns we need to flush out answers to. After that I would like to have a more involved follow up discussion with you. Sorry about the timing and vagueness but this is the best I can do right now. I'll keep in touch. -- Ted Guild <ted@w3.org> W3C Systems Team http://www.w3.org
