X-UA-Compatible http-equiv on meta should be recognized by the HTML5 Conformance Checker

When validating http://www.elevationchurch.org, I received the following
error:

Bad value X-UA-Compatible for attribute http-equiv on element meta.
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1" />

(X-UA-Compatible snippet from the HTML5 Boilerplate template at:
http://html5boilerplate.com)

This is a vital portion of the spec and should be expected by the validator..

Thanks!
