[VE][100] Error was with  </html> 
Solution was  "<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC..."    instead of   "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC..."


Error [100]: "no document element"
NOTE: Whenever possible, give the address of the document you were checking.
