[VE][108] Object/Embed Error

Validating http://home.deds.nl/~marvin-inhollandwebdesign/ 
Error [108]: "there is no attribute X" 
Error [76]: "element X undefined"
 
Dear Sir of the W3 Company,
Your validating site: “W3 Validator”. Gives an error that there is no such attribute in an embedded movie I got from a site.
The site it came from is: “Viddler.com”. Anyway my site is perfect up to W3 standard without the embedded object.
But whenever I validate with the embedded object I get a ton of errors, I do not want to be bold but I am getting the impression you have not implemented object attributes in your validation engine however the problem could also be with the embedded object.
