301 Redirect

Hi, quick question - is there any valid W3C stuff for redirecting? Im
closing down one site (http://www.onebuk.com) and hopefully
transferring traffic to another (http://www.new-mediamarketing.com)

BUT is there any recommended way of doing this and complying with all the
standards?
