If you click on "More Options" in the validator's user interface, then
select "Show Source", you will see that the document at the above URL,
as received by the validator, consists of the single line
"Direct Access to this location is not allowed."
The error messages are somewhat confusing (cf. to the messages that you
get from http://www.htmlhelp.com/validator/ ), but surely there's
something odd with the PHP script. But that's external to validation; a
validator only processes the data it gets, not the script that generated
it.
