I have installed a local copy of the validator and for most pages it is working good. But for this one page my local installation does not give me the same result's as the online validator does.
The url testet is: http://www.clarecoco.ie/services/gaeilge/gaeilge.html
The online says the page is valid, while my local installation returns these errors.
character X is not allowed in the value of attribute Y

It is possible that you violated the naming convention for this attribute. For example, id and name attributes must begin with a letter, not a digit.
Line 87, column 18: character "" is not allowed in the value of attribute "name" <h2><a name="Réamhrá" id="Réamhrá"></a> <strong>Réamhrá </stro
Line 87, column 31: character "" is not allowed in the value of attribute "id" <h2><a name="Réamhrá" id="Réamhrá"></a> <strong>Réamhrá </stro
Line 172, column 18: character "" is not allowed in the value of attribute "name" <h2><a name="Fásta" id="Fásta"></a><strong>Cúrsaí Gaeilge do D
Line 172, column 29: character "" is not allowed in the value of attribute "id" <h2><a name="Fásta" id="Fásta"></a><strong>Cúrsaí Gaeilge do D
There is probably some encoding problem, but I can't find out what is wrong nor can I find anyone else on the internet with the same problem.
I also run validation with debug=1

Failed validation, 4 Errors
