Hi Gez,
There are two different issues, the one raised by Gregory and the one
you raised.
About keyboard navigation in the page with tab key and return for
actions. Note that browsers behaviors on tab navigation are not
standardized.
I'm using Camino. Let's try user scenarios to have a better
understanding of what is going on.
Scenario 1.
1. open http://validator.w3.org/
2. first tab, I reach the address form
3. I enter the address of the site.
4. Press enter, I get the validation.
More Options is a link. Tabulation on Camino and Opera are navigating
through input elements but not through links. To activate link
navigation there is a hidden preference.
