differences in onsgmls output from Trish Beatty on 2006-07-18 (www-validator@w3.org from July 2006)

I have downloaded the W3C HTML validator (version 1.432.2.10 of the
check file).  When using it on my computer I get different numbers of
errors then the W3C online version.  I have found the the number of
errors being found by onsgmls is different then what is reported on
validator.w3.com.  I'm wondering if anyone knows why this may be?  The
version of onsgmls I'm using is 1.5.1.  Any information would be
greatly appreciated.
