I followed all the steps of installing the html validator. When I run the validator the header and footer do not appear neither the check button works. When I looked at the source code of my browser I see things like: <!--#set var="revision" value="\$Id: index.html,v 1.74.2.8 2006/02/20 03:21:20 ot Exp $" --><!--#set var="date" value="\$Date: 2006/02/20 03:21:20 $" --><!--#set var="title" value="The W3C Markup Validation Service" --><!--#set var="relroot" value="./" --><!--#include virtual="header.html" --> shouldn't the above be transformed to actual data for example link or inclusion of the header.html? -- OOzy Kubuntu-Dapper
