W3C Markup Validator for SuSE Linux 9.x

Hello!

Beeing inspired of the existance of RPM packages for Fedora and Debian 
Linux (see http://validator.w3.org/source/), I have made the W3C Markup 
Validator available as RPM package for SuSE Linux 9.x 
(http://sierkbornemann.de/download/w3c-markup-validator/). Beyond, I 
have made some little handy improvements for a better use in a local 
environment (e.g. I added a config-file for use in a VirtualHost).

Your comments and/or improvements are welcome.
