[VE][79] Error Message Feedback

Your validator appears to be caching the page I'm sending, so that I can't tell
if my corrections are actually fixing the problem.  I know this because it's
citing my </head> tag on line 11.  My corrections moved the tag up a few lines
(to line 7), but the validator is still finding it on line 11.
