Validating a page which claims to be XHTML 1.1 Strict in doctype
recieves response from validator.w3.org that it in fact is a valid XHTML
1.1 Strict document. According to a friend of mine, XHTML 1.1 strict
does not exist. Is there a bug in the validator?
