The result page of the validator is already sent out as UTF-8, and the validator is internally working with UTF-8. However, there are some pages (at least the start page at http://validator.w3.org/) that are still (served as) iso-8859-1. Can we please change them all to UTF-8? One reason for doing this is that it will allow to deal with internationalized domain names as soon as we get our hand on a reasonable library for that. Regards, Martin.
