Checker isn't valid HTML

Try checking the output from http://validator.w3.org/check with
itself... even the "error, no parameters" page will produce HTML without
character encoding, and won't pass itself.  Seems a bit ironic that even
the standards website doesn't meet the standards...
 
Thought you should know (and could use a laugh).
