Or unlucky, depends how one wants to see it :) Even if they have validated, the parser has almost certainly had a different comprehension about the structure and semantics of your document than you. Note that it's not only the validator parser, it applies to sane user agents as well. And this woöö produce unexpected effects every now and then.
