validation problem

This is probably a common question, so please excuse my ignorance.
When trying to validate http://www.websavey.com
<http://www.websavey.com/>  , I get this following error:
 
Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because its content type is
http://www.websavey.com/index.cfm, which is not currently supported by
this service. 
 
Could someone please explain the reason for this?
 
Server is running Cold Fusion 5 / IIS5
