Refer to: http://www.cs.tcd.ie/15445/15445.html#SYSVALID It seems to me that this iteration of the W3C Validator is somewhat shaky for use with ISO/IEC 15445:2000 (ISO-HTML) Documents. As can be seen from the above ISO/IEC 15445:2000 reference, a designated Validating system should not report HTML errors where non exist, yet the default "Fussy" mode prescribed by v 0.6.5 [Beta #1] appears to do just that by reporting documents "not valid" when in fact they are when processed without options selected.
