IIRC this occurs in cases where checklink notices that access to a resource requires authorization (HTTP status code 401). It's just there to give you a hint to put a "(requires authentication)" or something like that which is visible to the end user next to the link. checklink doesn't understand if you happen to have such a note already in place, so there's nothing really you can do to prevent this warning.
