Our company (http://www.27m.se) have a link to 
http://validator.w3.org/check/referer
When I use the link checker from w3 it complains that this link is 
redirected to http://validator.w3.org/
but those pages aren't identical since the first is automatically 
checking a page and the
latter must have a link written to a textfield before doing anything.
