I tried to validate a page (http://baranger.as/index.html) at XHTML 1.0 Strict, but the validator kept telling me that <base target="top"> is not a valid attribute for <base>. After checking both the HTML 4.01 and XHTML documentation and DTD, it appears that "target" really is a valid attribute. Is this a validator bug, or am I missing something? thanks...
