I am trying to validate one of my xhtml pages. I get the following message Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on lines 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 96 it contained some byte(s) that I cannot interpret as utf-8. Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication. The file is at www.dabauersales.com/xhtml/xhtmlcourse.html line 55 starts with a III. I don't see what the problem is with this file. What is the problem???
