Hello links like <a href="http://validator.w3.org/check/referer"> used to immediately validate the referring page. Now (it seems to have changed on/about 25/Oct) instead they refer to http://validator.w3.org/ where the original page validates only if you supply the URI for it (by typing it). as a workaround, links like <a href="http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fmydom%2Fmyuri.html"> do immediately validate the referring page (the way /check/referer did), but are a hassle to maintain. Am I missing something here? What is the correct way to specify a link to validate the referring page (without explicitly naming that page)? TIA -ns
