Well, actually, apart from cut&paste'ed code snippets when we're discussing specific parts of the code, all of us have had write access to the CVS Repository so we just comitt directly. We've been working on sufficiently different parts of the code that there have been few conflicts[0] so there has been little need to pass patches back and forth first. I've never been much for IRC -- USENET is my thing -- but I've come to the conclusion that IRC can be a very effective tool for projects such as this. Despite certain timezone-related problems[1], it's worked remarkably well. Anyone interested in the development of the Validator is strongly reccomended to stop by. If for no other reason then to remind Gerald to stop by w-v every once in a while. :-) [0] - Well, except when I get carried away and try to "improve" on Martin's i10n code, breaking it horribly in the process. Hi Martin! :-) [1] - Gerald is in Canada (GMT - 6 hours), I'm in Norway (GMT + 2 hours), and Martin in Japan (GMT + 9 hours). It makes for an interesting synergy when some of us are on our first cup of coffee and some on their third _pot_ of coffee. :-)
