.html and nothing else

		Hi,

I've just spend a few hours to figure out why my (really simple) file
'1a-provo.xhtml' would not validate (quite confusing error report about
wrong DOCTYPE declaration) via the upload version of the validator. Try
for yourself, you may be more lucky than I was.

The solution is just to change the extension to .html instead of .xhtml
(don't ask me why;-). Now my true question: "Can a file be a valid
XHTML document only if it has the .html extension?"

	Thanks for reading,
			Alain.
