Validating a XHTML created by Amaya

Validating a XHTML created by Amaya

I validated a valid HTML4.0 trans document tranlated into XHTML by Amaya.
Shouldn't it become a valid XHTML - or what?

When I tried this, I got the following message from the W3 validator:
