Validation service multiple request

Hi,
We use your validation service using API and requests for URL: http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator.

It seems now, that after sever successfull attempts no response is returned.. Is there any new policy about how often
there is allowed send request to this service or any other restrictions?
