The Validator is highlighting that your use of "text-transform" is missing one of the following values: capitalize | uppercase | lowercase | none | inherit The default value is "none".. Stepping out on a very precarious limb and saying that, if the omission of a value in your original CSS means you are not using text-transform, you *should* be able to delete it from your file and not see any change in your webpage(s)..
