I also threw a velocity.jar into the prereq mix, this > didn’t help. classpaths tend to be a mystery to me now and then too, so apologies in advance if my suggestion is silly: have you tried giving the exact path to the velocity (and indeed, jigsaw.jar for org.w3c.http) in your classpath?
