Note that is should be fixed now, I commited a fix and made it live on
qa-dev <http://qa-dev.w3.org:8001/css-validator/>
More generally, it should fix the bug
<http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=4981> (an error occuring
while... populating the error message!)
