validator inquiry

Hello,

 

My URL http://www.asi.csupomona.edu/_WEBDEV/index.php has an error
message according to the CSS validator. Here's the error:

 

The element type "head" must be terminated by the matching end-tag
"</head>".

 

The problem is that I do have a closing head tag. Thanks for your help.
