Have I been blacklisted for being a complete nuisance and reporting too many
bugs?

But seriously, I have repeatedly attempted to post a number of additional
bug reports (sorry), which do not seem to appear on the list.

I have checked for problems caused by caching, and am conscious of the
possibility of delays in the system.

Does the W3C have any anti-abuse filtering that we should be aware of?
