2 css2 filter glow

Hello www-validator-css,


I'm  getting this error : (css2)    (I removed certain filenames because of pubkishing the question)
URI : xxx.css
Regel: 215 Context : *#top2 
Parse Error - color=#BB9C4A, strength=2) 
Part of this piece of the external css-sheet:

On this url  [ http://www.w3schools.com/dhtml/dhtml_css.asp ] I found the following:
glowcolor
strengthMakes the element glowfilter:glow(color=#ff0000, strength=5);

So, I'm a littlebit confused, what can be the error ?
