Updating the CSS Validator to account for the additions made in CSS2.1

Apparently, the CSS Validator has not been updated to support CSS2.1.
As you can see at <http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/visuren.html#propdef-display>
inline-block is a valid value for the display property, but the 
validator says
it "is not a display value".

I would appreciate it if someone would update the validator.
