CSS3 stylesheet validation error

When validating a currently valid CSS2 stylesheet as CSS3, the following
erroneous error is reported: "background-colortransparent is not a color
value : transparent"

However, http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-background/ specifically states that:
"Note that the keyword 'transparent' was mentioned explicitly as a valid
value in CSS2. It is still valid, but it is now implied by the <color>
type."

Thank you for the consideration. I do not regularly subscribe to this list
so if someone could let me know when this bug is resolved, I would greatly
appreciate it.

Jonathan Lord
