Please specify charset for result page

Your server sends
<http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator-upload.html> in
iso-2022-jp for "Accept-Language: ja", but result page is in
EUC-JP with no charset information. Mozilla cannot handle it
and displays garbage. Please correct your server.
