... who manages the line, will use a limited amount of oil that will 
be pumped to the Williams refinery in North Pole. Williams uses the North 
Slope crude in the production of jet fuel. They will also use a limited 
amount of oil stored at one of their pump stations to fill a portion of the 
line. This limited pumping will make room for oil coning in from the North 
Slope oil producers. Tanker loading will resume approximately 24 hours 
after the restarting...
