This was meant to define a company whose primary purpose and value add is to aggregate feeds and provide lots of diverse content. Yes, a terrestrial emission can do the same thing, but on a much, much smaller scale, and the content will unlikely be very diverse coming from the same station. So, I will drop the qualifiers as you suggest, but add some more words like the above to make the distinction clearer. >2. Should MHP and ATVEF be included?
