As I said in a past episode, this list is *not* the TT working group
list yet (since the WG is not formed yet), it's a list to scope the
work, plan the deliverables, refine the requirements, come up with a
charter, etc.

Please use it for TT matter from now on (til we create the real TT
group, which is something we're discussing internally at W3C).
