Is the callto URL Scheme well supported by browsers from (X)HTML links? Is there a better supported way to mark up a phone number so that users can fire up a call on, say, a GPRS mobile? What URL Scheme does the W3C currently recommend for phone numbers or is there currently an alternative way to mark them up in (X)HTML other than as a link?
