Yes I know that I can you php language, but I want to send to php
information from a socket and to do that I only know the way by the url.

Do you know any other way to send info to php?

every characters have a special code

you must search special characters codes or you can develop a mini program
for this

 

you can use for programming ASP or PHP (PHP is my choose)
